Boot Camp with Sadie

In this class we will be working our entire body systems.  Through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), using mostly bodyweight, you will be sweating like you've never sweat before!  High intensity interval training consists of shorter spurts of intense anaerobic exercise followed by less intense recovery periods.  Push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, and lunges are just some examples of what we will be doing.  However, these will all be performed in an unconventional, non-boring, manner!   HIIT workouts are proven to whip you into great cardiovascular shape as well as tone your entire body.  Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your exercise patterns, HIIT will be a challenge.  Every exercise can be modified for your fitness level, which is what makes HIIT workouts a hit!  Any equipment that will be needed for this class will be provided.  Just bring yourself, lots of water, sturdy shoes, and a towel if desired!  Up your cardio game and tone your whole body through bootcamp with Sadie!

Instructor(s)

Sadie a certified trainer in multiple areas, sports nutrition coach, and just has a passion for exercise!  Over the last three years, HIIT workouts have transformed her entire life.  She lost a total of 40 pounds and feels great in her every day life!  She never enjoyed the long workouts, so quick, intense workouts are the perfect fit!
