Though the weather outside is frightful, but mindful exercise is so delightful. Are you a martial arts, Yoga, or Qigong enthusiast? Or just interested in a way to stay active and healthy in the coming winter season? Join Instructor Jason Goehring for Qigong incorporated with an introduction to Taoist Theory. This class will provide a simple, comprehensive approach to learning moving meditation. Developing a mindset and working into proper execution of subtle movements. We move together, speak together, and grow together. It is recommended you bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow for a range of movements. 



Jason Goehring is a Montana raised competitive martial artist and therapeutic exercise teacher. He has lived the last 15 years in Wyoming. He is a certified personal trainer, therapeutic exercise specialist, and physical therapy aide. He has practiced martial arts and Qigong for the last 10 years. In the last two years he was rank certified through the World Martial Arts College, Instructor Certified through the World Martial Arts College. The president of the college is a Internationally ranked 10th degree Grandmaster. The rank certification board is a 17 member board of experts in styles from around the world. Instructor Jason Goehring also placed at the last two Cowboy State Games, winning gold and bronze medals. In addition to competing, he judged forms events. He is also a member of the International Teacher's Association for Martial Artists. His love for nature, as well helping others to find self-growth inspired his move to our wonderful town.
