Baking with Sourdough - October

SOURDOUGH BREAD: Learn to make one of the "healthiest" breads. There are many health benefits to sourdough. We will make it, bake it, and you will take it home to enjoy with family and friends. We will transform the dough into loaves, dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls. NO prior bread-baking experience needed. Bring something to munch on while we're waiting for the bread to rise.


Lin Martin has enjoyed making bread for decades, and wants to pass this tradition onto the next generation. After a year of being on a gluten free diet, she slowly reintroduced wheat back into her diet. This is when she discovered that sourdough was easy to digest. Once again her kitchen is filled with the smell of fresh baked bread.
