Yoga with Rebecca

This class will be a mixture of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga styles. Breath work (pranayama) will be the focus on working through a series of asanas or holding poses. This class would be beneficial for new and experienced yogis. Share your Thursday evenings releasing stress and connecting with your breath and mind.

Instructor(s)

Rebecca Sulages has practiced all forms of yoga and finds value in each form. She started practicing yoga to help center her mind and relieve stress, it worked so well she started teaching others the value of yoga. Rebecca has been teaching yoga since 2009 and enjoys sharing her practice.
