The Musical Garden in a Windy City

Registration is closed for this event

When most people think of a garden they visualize the beauty they see in the plants.  Colors, textures and scents are usually the most compelling aspects of a garden.  The sounds that plants make are often an overlooked characteristic.  In a windy city like Livingston, you have the perfect conditions to create a musical garden.  This one night lecture will focus on the types of plants that can create sound in the garden, maintenance options to enhance sounds and man made elements that can be used in the musical garden.

Instructor(s)

Bonnie Watton opened Secluded Gardens in July of 1997 in the state of Pennsylvania. For twenty-one years Secluded Gardens worked with residential customers and landscape contractors to create outdoor living spaces for our clients. Having relocated to Livingston, Montana in August of 2017, we are now looking forward to beautifying properties under the big sky.

As a landscape designer, Bonnie specializes in helping customers transform their properties into a personal oasis for their family to enjoy. With the use of terraces, natural stone patios, pergolas, arbors, gazebos, ponds, dry stream beds, landscape lighting, landscaping and specialty gardens, she will make your dreams come true.
