To help you have your best year ever, I'd love to share some practical and effective ways for you to increase your wealth, health and happiness. 
This is going to be an on-going series through the beginning of the summer. For the first part of this series we'll start with:
Intro to Kundalini Yoga, meditation basics, hand mudras, and Shabad Yoga, divine poetry and extended mantras 
We'll discuss the nuts and bolts of prosperity - what it is and isn't 
We'll also be going deep into the 'Breath of Prosperity' - breathing techniques and the importance of deep breathing to prosperity 
Understanding Radiance and inner magnetism

Jessica began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the powerfully healing and transformative aspects of the practice.Jessica is a KRI-Certified Level I Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher & Personal Coach and currently teaches throughout Park and Gallatin Counties.
