Lefse is a traditional Norwegian flatbread made from riced potatoes, cream, butter, and flour.  Spread with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, then rolled up.  Bring out your inner Scandinavian and learn an old world tradition worth handing down.


Lin Martin has enjoyed making lefse for decades, and wants to pass this tradition onto the next generation.
